"Help with our Pumpkin Party!"

We’re putting two great outreach tools in your hands this week. One is on Sunday October 29 and the other is on Tuesday October 31. You’ve been hearing a lot about “High Attendance Day” this coming Sunday, but don’t forget about
our Kids Pumpkin Party on Halloween night! Here’s a note from BJ about this special event:
We have a wonderful opportunity to minister to our young families and guests on October 31. We’re hosting a Pumpkin Party from 6:00-7:30 that evening. Fred Russell will be running his famous parking lot
hayride. Lynn Fears and his crew will be serving hot dogs, chips, and cotton candy. The MPC will be exploding with activity. We’ve rented a Noah’s Ark Bounce House and an 18’ Inflatable Slide. We’re also planning to set up
another dozen booth-style games including a Cake Walk, Putting Green, Bubble Stomp and Frog Flip.
For this event to come off as planned, we need several more volunteers to run the booths. I’m hoping to divide the crew into two, fifty minute shifts. The first shift would arrive at 5:55 and work until 6:45.
Second shift would begin at 6:40 and run until 7:30. Everything you need including candy, prizes, the game and game instructions will be here. Costumes are welcome, but not required. If you can help, please shoot me an email immediately!
Thank you for serving!
BJ
Don’t miss out on this outreach tool! Do your part by signing up as a volunteer and inviting someone to the event!
