“A Resource for Keeping in Touch”

Do you want a convenient way to keep up with your Sunday School department or Ministry Teams? LifeWay has re-introduced christianemailservice.com to help.
The free service allows you to create and maintain as many e-mail lists as needed, simplifying the process for getting information to an entire group at once. Multiple lists allow for reaching audiences, like a youth Sunday School teacher who
wants to have an e-mail group for youth and another for their parents.
The service is not limited to churches. The site’s use is also encouraged for non-church groups as well. “It can be a subtle witness to people who may not otherwise interact with Christian resources,” according to Gary McClure, marketing
manager for LifeWay’s e-business group. The free service is supported by small ads sent through the system, and offered by companies and organizations interested in serving the Christian community.
If you signed up your group to report on prayer requests or announcements, you would be called a “list manager.” Those who were part of the group would be called “list subscribers.” List subscribers can update their own personal
information so list managers avoid the problems of outdated addresses, failed delivery and other services that cost time and money.
The service is currently text-based, but soon will include graphics and images.
“There is not a faster or more inexpensive way for groups of people to keep in touch,” said McClure. “The Christian e-mail service is easy to use and it’s free.”
